Natural Stone Restoration

Natural Stone refers to organic rocks that are quarried from earth’s surface for building or decorative materials. When it comes to calcite based stones specifically marble, travertine, and limestone problems may arise due to acids from foods, beverages, or household cleaners. These acids will “etch” the surface in what appears to be a stain. These marks can be removed through a process using diamond resin abrasives and water to sand the surface and restore the stone to your desired finish -whether it be matte or a high polish.

Tile, Grout, and Carpet Cleaning

Tile and grout cleaning is done through a non-abrasive process. While using a safe, neutral cleaner to emulsify the dirt and grime, BT Stone will use various brush heads and a hard surface extractor, to get your surface looking new!

Carpet cleaning is done through a similar process as tile and grout. Applications of the necessary encapsulating chemicals will be pre-sprayed onto the carpet. After a short dwell time, hot water extraction will be used to lift and remove stains. Speak with BT Stone if you have pets, as there are special products that can be used to help eliminate stains and remove odors.

Grout Installation and Regrout

Removing grout can be a cumbersome task for a homeowner as the process can be dirty and tedious. Whether you have cracked or missing grout around your tiles - shower stalls, natural stone floors, ceramic tiles, or walls - BT Stone will remove it and regrout so you have clean and even lines!

Grave Marker and Headstone Cleaning

We take great pride and care in restoring loved one’s headstones. BT Stone uses an environmentally friendly stone soap to remove lichen and clean the stone. Additionally, a sealer will be added to protect it from the elements.
